1. まことに善き人は心の善き宝のなかから善きものを選び出し、悪人は悪のなかから悪を選ぶ。

2. 神は愛であり、愛の中にとどまるものは、神のなかにとどまる。そして神は彼のもとにとどまる。

3. あなた方自身のために宝を地上に蓄えるな、そこでは虫や錆が損ない、泥棒が忍び込み、盗む。

 あなた方自身のために宝を天に蓄えよ、そこでは虫や錆が損なったり、泥棒が忍び込み、盗むこともない。

そこにはあなたの宝がある、またあなたの心もあるだろう。
